AEOP Teacher Fellowships

Gain real-world research experience this summer and bring cutting-edge STEM knowledge back to your classroom through AEOP Teacher Fellowships.

AEOP Teacher Fellowships (formerly known as AEOP Research Experiences for STEM Educators and Teachers or RESET), is a professional development program serving teachers nationwide.

This competitive program is designed to provide high school and middle school teachers with an authentic summer research experience with world-class scientists and engineers at participating Army Research Centers.

Our goal is to provide professional development experiences that immerse STEM educators in authentic research... so America's science teachers are equipped to provide students with opportunities to apply STEM concepts within real-world contexts.

Did you know we offer a library of incredible, free STEM lesson plans?

Available to anyone, these classroom-ready resources were created by AEOP RESET educators and inspired by their hands-on summer research alongside Army scientists. Each lesson plan features a real scientist’s story and follows an engaging 5E instructional format—making it easy to bring authentic STEM experiences directly to your students.
